Benefits of  Licensing Cooper Design

There is no need to pay exorbitant prices for tooling equipped with patented slug retention features.
Companies that manufacture  die trim inserts or sections, in house (not from an outside vendor)  pay a small monthly fee for permission to manufacture and use the "Cooper Slug Retention".
Another  option, for the above company, is your company agrees to pay, for permission to use "Cooper Slug Retention", a percentage of the sales price of the product stamped using the "Cooper Slug Retention". This is known as a royalty, which is customary in these agreements.            
 Companies, that buy  die trim inserts or sections from an outside vendor, would need to agree to purchase only from vendors that have also payed to have permission to manufacture tooling  equipped with "Cooper Slug Retention".      
In summary, anyone who manufactures tooling equipped with "Cooper Slug Retention" or anyone who uses tooling equipped with "Cooper Slug Retention"  or anyone who imports tooling equipped with "Cooper Slug Retention, must have a license agreement with the owner of the patent, that being Donald Cooper.
